SHIPPING POLICY: All In Stock items will ship out within 2-3 Business days of order completion. Any item that was a Pre-Order (Not in Stock), will ship out 2-3 days from Jennifers Journeys receiving the item to allow for inspection of product for correct size, damages, etc. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once shipped. Shipped via USPS.
RETURN POLICY for Jennifers Journeys in stock sales: If you are not satisfied with your order, or want to return it for any reason, you may EXCHANGE your item for another in-stock item or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanged item must be unused, unwashed and still have tags attached. NO refunds will be given. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
RETURN POLICY for PREORDERS: All Sales are Final. "IF" I have extras that you want to exchange for, that is permissible, otherwise, no refunds. (Pay close attention to size charts, know your measurements).
